This is an example of #Shallowfakes. A “shallowfake” refers to a type of manipulated media, typically a video or audio recording, that has been altered using relatively simple and accessible editing techniques.

Unlike “#deepfakes,” which use sophisticated artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to create realistic but entirely synthetic content, shallow fakes rely on more traditional and less complex methods such as basic #videoediting, #splicing, or #audiotampering.
